Our goal, at Capo Design Build, is to understand our client’s vision and bring that vision to life. We start with a consultation at your home to see the areas you are planning to either have redone, added on, or newly built. All questions and concerns will be answered, along with budget discussions and timeframe requirements. Shortly after the meeting is completed and we have answered all the questions you may have, a Capo Design Build Agreement will be presented with the option of as many revisions as needed before the agreement is signed by both parties.

Once the process has begun, we will help guide you through the selection of materials, review all costs and make decisions until we have created the best possible project specifically for you, as the homeowner, and your lifestyle. From plans and permits to major structural framing, our knowledge and experience allows us to be effective and efficient at all junctures of the project. Because we have incredible relationships with all our employees and have worked with them for many years, we are able to take any unforeseen situation and smooth it over with ease. From the initial consultation to the end result, a Capo Design Build employee will be there every step of the way to solve problems, answer questions, and initiate changes if necessary.
