Owner Brian Capo has over 25 years of experience as a building and design professional. A talented and versatile individual, Brian is not only a skilled contractor and project manager, but is also a a gifted architectural plan drawer, as a graduate of NYIT's Architecture program. This gives him a unique advantage when drafting projects as he has a superior understanding of the building process, and is better able to maximize the design potential for a project, without exceeding a client's budget. This allows for increased fluidity as the project travels through the design, planning, and building processes on its way to completion.
